Our Mission and Vision

The Nursing Officer’s Foundation Maharashtra State is dedicated to the social, educational, and political welfare of nursing personnel in Maharashtra. Our mission is to empower nurses through advocacy, education, and professional development, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Our vision is to establish a robust network of nursing professionals across the state, fostering community collaboration and support. We aim to provide leadership in nursing advocacy and work towards policy changes that benefit the nursing community and healthcare at large.

Our History and Achievements

Since our inception, the Nursing Officer’s Foundation Maharashtra State has been at the forefront of nursing advocacy in the region. We have successfully campaigned for improved working conditions and educational opportunities for nurses, collaborating with various stakeholders to bring about positive changes.

Our achievements include the establishment of multiple branches across Maharashtra, each working diligently to support local nurses. We have also launched numerous educational initiatives, providing resources and opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
